One-second billing increment
No minimum call duration. Calls are billed to the exact second, so a 5-second call is charged as 5 seconds, not rounded up to a minute.
No charge for call attempts
You're only charged for successful connections. If a call attempt doesn't connect, there's no charge.

No per-line fees. Need higher concurrency? Just ask. We increase limits at no extra cost.
Pass-through costs
VoIP and LLM tokens are pass-through at your negotiated rates, with no Dasha markup. Bring your own OpenAI API key and your own Twilio account. You control your unit economics, not us.
